About Attorney Kathleen Morrison
Attorney Morrison graduated from York Catholic High School before earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law, a prestigious private university located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. While at Wake Forest, she was selected for membership on Moot Court recognition for excellence in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.

Attorney Morrison began her legal career as an assistant public defender before joining a nonprofit legal aid organization, where she represented victims of domestic violence in family law matters. She then served as First Assistant County Solicitor for Lancaster County, where she represented the Office of Aging in Orphans' Court guardianship proceedings and advised on the legal sufficiency of estate plans as alternatives to formal guardianship.

Attorney Morrison is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Lancaster Bar Association. She serves on the Board of Directors of Lancaster Farm Sanctuary, where she also volunteers as an animal care volunteer, and supports college-level mock trial by sponsoring a local team and serving as a competition judge.
